We have an outstanding Contract position for a Recruiter to join a leading Company. This position is fully remote.
Pay Rate: $55 - $57
Responsibilities:
- This role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, which is experiencing a hiring surge across our business.
- Expectations may include sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions, mining talent from our ATS, managing referrals, contacting candidates, partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process, supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment and will require attention to detail, ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve, and follow process.
- To be successful, you must have a demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
- Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed.
