Develop and update short- and long-term cash forecasts to assess available liquidity and support owner distribution planning.
Assist with the onboarding of new properties, record activity from prior manager, monitor utility, mortgage, and other sensitive vendor.
Monthly bank reconciliations for master accounts and resolution of reconciling items.
Special projects.
Train and support accounting team members.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred. Minimum five years' work-related experience.
Qualifications: Accounting experience including financial statement reporting, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
GAAP reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, financial planning experience, and real estate experience are required.
MRI or Yardi experience is a plus.
