We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Representative to join a leading Company located in the  TX, TN, OK surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $14/hr.
Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)
Position Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative
 Start Date: July 20
Overview
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support a leading wireless communications company. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent listening abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Essential Job Functions
  • Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow all scripts, procedures, and client guidelines
  • Provide customers with accurate information and solutions
  • Offer additional resources and assistance as appropriate
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Escalate issues when necessary following established procedures
  • Maintain daily communication with supervisors and team leads
  • Protect confidential customer information and comply with all privacy and security requirements
  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations
Project Details
Required Training - Mandatory Attendance 
Training Dates: July 20 - July 31
Training Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Operating Hours
The call center operates 7 days per week.
Required Availability for this role:
  • Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Experience handling customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and empathy
  • Exceptional active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to conduct conversations professionally while demonstrating emotional and cultural awareness
  • Strong attendance and reliability
Language Requirements
Candidates must possess a high level of English language proficiency.
Communication must be:
  • Articulate
  • Highly intelligible
  • Delivered with clear pronunciation and enunciation
  • Professional and customer-focused

Technical Assessment Requirement
Jarvis System Test
All candidates must successfully complete and pass the Jarvis Technical Assessment.
Jarvis is a PC diagnostic tool that verifies:
  • Internet Speed
  • Processor Requirements
  • Memory Requirements
Deadline to Complete and Pass: 9:00 AM on July 16
Candidates who do not successfully complete the Jarvis testing process by the deadline may not be eligible to continue in the hiring process.
