We have an outstanding Contract position for a Lead Visual / Graphics Designer to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
 **Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.**

The Lead Visual/Graphics Designer creates visually engaging digital assets—including slick sheets, hallway monitors, presentations, logos, and other visual communications—that align with branding and support communication goals. This position works closely with  leadership using Adobe Creative Cloud to produce professional marketing and communication materials.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Develop creative concepts that ensure brand consistency 
• Research, plan, and design projects across both print and digital media.
• Create: 
  • One-page slick sheets
  • Hallway monitors
  • Logos
  • Presentations
• Experience with:

Adobe Creative Cloud

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Lightroom

Microsoft 365

• Word
• Excel
• Outlook
• Publisher
• PowerPoint
• Teams
• Gather input from senior leaders, stakeholders, program managers, and SMEs.
• Write clear and concise content for targeted audiences.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, tone, and branding.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Guide each design project through:
• concept
• proofing
• review
• revision
• Assist the Government Lead in implementing visual brand identity and promoting products and services.

Basic Hiring Criteria:  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience recommended
• Certifications or equivalent experience may substitute for years of experience.
