We have an outstanding Contract position for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a leading Company located in Los Alamitos, CA.
Pay Rate: $25 - $27
Responsibilities:
Cover the receptionist during breaks and lunches every day and every other Friday.
Greet visitors and assist them with the sign-in process.
Complete the appropriate security screening prior to visitors entering the building beyond the reception area.
Answer calls (internal and external), direct them to the appropriate person, and page employees when needed.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Minimum 5 years of AP experience.
Any ERP system.
Knowledge of basic Excel.
