We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new commercial and industrial HVAC service opportunities. Build relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, engineers, contractors, and other decision-makers. Sell preventive maintenance agreements, inspection programs, HVAC repairs, equipment replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades. Conduct customer site visits to evaluate equipment, operating conditions, service history, and customer needs. Partner with service managers, technicians, estimators, and operations teams to develop accurate solutions and proposals. Prepare and present proposals outlining scope, pricing, customer value, and recommended solutions. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue and opportunity forecasts. Consistently follow up on proposals, leads, referrals, renewals, and existing customer opportunities . Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted account development. Maintain accurate customer activity, proposals, opportunities, and follow-up information within the CRM. Support the transition of awarded work from sales to service operations. Conduct customer reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities. Assist with contract renewals and customer-retention initiatives. Monitor market activity, competitors, and customer trends throughout the Houston area.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
2+ years of HVAC, mechanical service, or related sales experience preferred. Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, building owners, commercial contractors, or industrial customers. Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, service operations, and equipment replacement preferred. Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. Ability to understand customer challenges and develop practical, profitable service solutions. Ability to interpret basic mechanical plans, equipment schedules, service reports, and technical information. Comfortable working independently and managing an active sales territory. Experience using CRM or sales-tracking systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
