We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Representative to join a leading Company located in the Phoenix, AZ surrounding area.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Contact Center agents are responsible for handling incoming phone calls, email correspondence and outbound calls to customers who have left messages during off hours. They will utilize Ready Reference, the proprietary program which hours all case information. 
Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Call Center experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow tight scripting. Due to the nature of the phone calls it is very important that the Agents be comfortable following the script and not varying from it.
  • Comfortable sitting for an extended period of time and understanding that schedule variance should be the exception not the norm.
  • Confident in providing service over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask. They may handle a variety of cases and need to be able to answer a call for one case then immediately after answer one for a different case
  • Can work with minimal supervision and understand that when they are not on a call the expectation is that they are reviewing Ready Reference to learn case materials
  • Good attendance habits.
  • Excellent written skills.
