PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an FAA Flight Readiness Technician C, in Victorville, CA. Job ID#210109

Pay Rate: $47 - $51/hr

Job Description:

* Describe the project they will be working on: 787 and 777 Aircraft modifications
* Does the statement of work have any limitations on physical attributes? (Heavy lifting, long hours on feet, confined spaces, harnesses that have certain weight limits, etc.): Requires being on their feet for long periods of time, climbing ladders, fitting in confined spaces.-35 lbs
* FOR LI - will they be operating any machinery? If so, what kind? Scissor lift, Boom lift
* Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 5+ years
* Software skills required: N/A
* Any certifications required: Yes, AP Certification but will consider Airframe Cert with 5 years of hands on AP mechanic experience. Also, the manager will consider candidates with min 3 years of strong AP mechanic experience but they must have the AP Cert and come in under max bill rate. Please contact CLA for the rate the manager is open to considering.

* Boeing specific training and assessment required

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. AP Mechanic
2. Total Knowledge of the Airplane
3. 5+ years of experience
4. Min H. S Diploma or equivalent
5. AP Certification required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
1. - Avionics
2. - Structures
3. - Interior

Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
