PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist 4, in Seattle, WA. Job ID#210816

 Pay Rate: $38 - $42/hr

Job Description: 

Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.

Reason for need:
- Support multiple ET&T HR organizations
- HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound.
- Prefer former Boeing HR employees to help attrition / LOA coverage.

Must Haves:
1. 10 years of related experience - HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national/ enterprise organization
2. Ability to work independently
3. Must be able to hit the ground running

Plus:
+Previous Boeing experience

Education / Experience:    
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
