Job Description: 

The HR Digital PMO and Test Lead will support the HR Digital North America team in driving the successful planning, execution, and testing of digital HR transformation initiatives. This role will oversee project governance, manage test strategies, and ensure the seamless integration of HR Digital solutions. The HR Digital PMO and Test Lead will closely collaborate with stakeholders and senior members to assist with change evolution;  reports to the Head of HR Digital North America.

Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities:
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project roadmaps, and best practices for HR Digital transformation projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to drive project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action plans.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to HR Digital initiatives.

Testing and Quality Assurance responsibilities:
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for HR Digital solutions.
Lead end-to-end testing activities, including system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as needed.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business needs.
identify defects, track issues, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
Ensure successful deployment of HR systems with minimal disruption to business operations.

Change Management responsibilities:
Develop and Execute a structured change management strategy to drive user adoption of HR Digital initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to ensure smooth transitions.
Design and deliver training programs, communication plans, and support materials to facilitate change.
Work with HR leadership and business units to promote engagement and minimize resistance to change.
Monitor change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve change strategies based on data-driven insights.  


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
5+ year experience in managing and completing an HR digital transformation, PMO, software testing, and change management role is required.
Experience with project management tools required.
Demonstrated knowledge in Change Management, and facilitation techniques and tools required.
Experience managing project-orientated teams and work groups preferred.
Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus.
Prior experience in writing and articulating messages to a variety of audiences is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, Dayforce).
Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM) is a plus.
Ability to review and analyze statistical and other documentation in detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and manage effective use of own time.
Ability to operate in a global multicultural environment.

Certifications:
Data Analytics is a plus.
SHRM or HRCI certification (or seeking) is a plus.
