Job Description: 

Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops and/or implements integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Tracks and analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and recommends or implements corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Provides resolution to the HR Service Center on elevated issues.

Position Responsibilities
• Provide HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
• Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
• Consult, coach, and guide managers and engineering teammates on HR related matters including behaviors and techniques that help achieve leadership excellence and organizational and individual outcomes.
• Support quarterly BDS Software health of business data and analytics efforts
• Project lead and support Software staffing efforts supporting the Proprietary programs

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Previous HR experience (3-5 years of experience)
• Strong project management and HR data analytics skills
• High degree of Emotional Intelligence
• Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise, and business acumen
• Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends
• Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders
• Experiences in hiring/staffing, employee development, performance management and employee movement

Plusses:
- Boeing experience

Education / Experience:    
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
