Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Software Engineering Workforce Strategy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing specific workforce strategies, including resource allocation, workforce planning, and performance management, utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance decision-making and optimize project outcomes. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a data integrity audit program, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting the process. This is a highly visible workstream that will be used to inform senior leadership of risks and opportunities on a regular cadence. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic workforce initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project and program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and monitor metrics; manage change activities and communicate updates regularly throughout the lifecycle of programs or projects.
• Oversee change management processes and communicate decisions and best practices to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, coordinating ongoing projects and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Act as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop a cadence for auditing Adaptive Planning data integrity, ensuring programmatic and organizational fidelity.
• Create all reports and training materials using tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning and Excel.
• Assist with compiling monthly reports utilizing various visualization tools.
• Document audit processes and mechanisms to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years experience in Workforce Management, including resource allocation and business insights
• Proven experience building custom reporting solutions (Power BI, Business Objects, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.)
• Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other HRIS resource planning application (i.e., Kronos, ADP, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed studies and risk assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Education / Experience:    Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree
and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
