Job Description:
Implementing Region Wide HR projects, programs and processes
Serve as the central point for data acquisition and governance, collaborating with HR Business Partners and HR digital teams to generate comprehensive analyses for key talent processes.
Orchestrate the development of presentations, strategic planning, facilitation, and logistical support for talent-focused engagements.
Administer Airbus development programs, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Delivering high quality, customer-focused service
Contribute to internal communications by producing visually engaging materials, including Google Slides, infographics, and other content.
Lead data-driven insights related to Learning, Development, and Talent Management programs through robust analytics and reporting.
Act as a liaison with HR Business Partners on the operational aspects of talent initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, business or related degree
• 3-5 years of experience within an HR function
• 2+ years of experience in leading and coordinating significant operational initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
• Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable and insightful reports
• Strong problem-solving skills with the agility to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting
• A proactive mindset with a desire to understand the complexities of organizational challenges and opportunities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• 5% domestic travel involved
• Authorized to Work in the US
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to excel in a complex, matrix organization
• Well-organized, self-directed, and an engaged, collaborative team player
• Customer focused with a strong business orientation
• Demonstrated ability to take ideas and concepts and turn them into a reality.
• Strong analytical skills

• Written, presentation and oral communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, as well as effective result-oriented problem solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS tools
• Technical Systems proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Aerospace industry
• Experience working in a multi-functional international environment
• SHRM- CP or PHR certification
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment law, and HR regulations
• French, German, or Spanish language skills
• Workday proficiency
• Google Workspace proficiency
