Job Description: 

This client is a leader in aviation technology, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our fast-paced and innovative team. In this critical role, you will support our sustaining business for one of their key value streams: Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Integrations (ALCI). As a Quality Inspector, you will be at the heart of our quality operations, ensuring that production and quality procedures are meticulously followed to ensure 100% quality for the clients' customers.
This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for conducting all Quality Inspection and coordination activities in a manner that conforms to company and H&S procedures. Key Responsibilities:
* Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection
* Provide Quality control activities including new product introduction
* Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns and assembly
* Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership
* First Article inspection

Skills and Experience:
* It is essential that the successful candidate have solid inspection experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
* Technically competent, able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
* Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
* Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
* Familiarity with Quality disciplines including 8D reporting, 5 Whys and the completion of corrective action reports. (also, essential)

Education/Experience: HS Diploma/GED +2 years relevant experience OR in lieu of degree 4+ years of RELEVANT experience

Citizenship: US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder)
