Job Description:
Own interview logistics (Visitor requests, scheduling on-site and phone interviews, making travel arrangements, conference room scheduling).
Coordinate background, drug, and pre-employment check processes (I-9, E-Verify, etc.).
Assist the TA team with event preparation and management including University Relations and other TA / business sponsored events (Venue bookings, ensuring materials needed are supplied appropriately, arranging travel [where needed / appropriate]).
Track and manage new hire status and data accuracy.
Collaborate with recruiting team members to create and continuously improve our administrative recruiting processes.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
**Education Requirements:
*HS diploma or equivalent
Skills/Experience needed:
Must have three years of related experience in an administrative role to include management of calendar scheduling.
Must be proficient user of at least one applicant tracking system.
Must be skilled at managing data and driving process improvements.
Customer oriented and continuously looking to improve the customer experience.
Ability to interact and build relationships at all company levels.
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through internally and externally to provide a positive candidate / hiring manager experience.
Preferred but not required
action- oriented human resource professionals with a passion for people.
Experience working in a human resources function (experience in talent acquisition is a plus).
A positive attitude, professionalism, and project management skills.
