PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist 4, in Seattle, WA. Job ID#212589

 Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr

Job Description:

Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.

Day to day:
- Provide HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Work closely with HR COE's to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
- Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
- Consult, coach, and guide executive leaders, managers and engineering teammates on HR related matters including behaviors and techniques that help achieve leadership excellence and organizational and individual performance outcomes.
