Job Description:

As a Recruiting Sourcer, your responsibilities include building an ongoing candidate pipeline through research, company targeting and market knowledge.

Qualifications:
• Must have 5 or more years of experience in a strategic sourcing role is required.
• Must have a history of successfully utilizing social media tools as an effective means of developing a talent pipeline.
• Must have experience sourcing a variety of professional, managerial, executive and touch labor level positions across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Work with client facing senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan.
• Educate, excite and sell candidates on the advantages and opportunities of employment with Bell Helicopter.
• Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.)
• Present to, and acts as a liaison with professional organizations and other workforce sources.
• Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
