PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Remote Contracts Administrator.  Job ID#212944

 Pay Rate: $29 - $34/hr

Job Description: 

• Independently establish, maintain and revise contract files in accordance with the Contracts department procedures.
• Independently prepare Contract Summary using the contract document, for coordination and dissemination to order entry team.
• Type and distribute contract documents, briefing charts, contract summaries, correspondence and similar documents and maintain accurate records and logs of correspondence as required.
• Receive incoming telephone calls, direct inquiries and incoming mail and route in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, calendar entries and expense reports for Contract Administrators.
• Monitor and administer Security Device requirements.
• Initiate export license D-Trade applications for complex export contracts.
• Prepare basic contract documents (e.g., routine proposals, export agreements, PIEAs) subject to Contract Administrator approval.
• Monitor and administer customer web sites for order receipt and order management purposes.
• Mentor and train less experienced Contract Coordinators.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; identified skills and experience

Citizenship Required: 
U.S. citizen
