Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver high-quality talent that drive our salaried roles within the Engineering function. You will be a recognized subject matter expert, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and make decisions that materially influence the organization's workforce and long-term goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment: candidate screening and evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Create, review, and make recommendations for job descriptions awhile managing the processes and standards
Perform candidate screening for a wide range of technical and professional roles
Strategize and leverage online recruiting resources, social media, job boards, and sourcing techniques to identify hard-to-find and strategic skill sets
Act as a trusted partner and consultant to hiring managers across multiple disciplines; facilitate hiring decisions and advise on market conditions, compensation expectations, and candidate experience improvements
Contribute to the development of recruiting policies, practices, techniques, and standards across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert and external spokesperson on recruitment matters, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
Operate with minimal supervision, exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches, and accept responsibility for decisions that have long-term organizational impact
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role
5+ years of experience with Workday (or similar ATS/HRIS) for job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting
3+ years of experience recruiting in a large multinational organization or company
1+ years of experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies, including external resume databases, social recruiting and passive candidate engagement
1+ years of experience leading and mentoring within Talent Acquisition
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value into the organization
Experience with business planning and/or forecasting labor
Experience driving innovation and process improvements
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Travel:
