PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) to join our team in Peachtree, GA.

About the Role:
The CRS will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for aircraft spare parts, including competitor aircraft parts, for customers in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing (60%)
    • Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, and logistics for aircraft parts and services.
    • Provide information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, and delivery.
  • Relationship Building (20%)
    • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage confidence and grow business.
    • Identify alternative solutions and guide customers to proper sources for required materials.
  • Technical Support (10%)
    • Support Sales and Finance with debt account reconciliation.
    • Respond to technical inquiries using documentation and liaising with technical and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
    • Aviation industry or military support experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, databases).
    • Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
    • SAP experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs intermittently.
  • Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and push/pull items as needed.
  • Corrected hearing for alarms and work-related conversations.
