Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-disciplinary programs by developing, executing, and governing integrated plans and schedules aligned with recognized project management standards and enterprise program management frameworks.
• Serve as the program's schedule and planning authority: create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), subordinate schedules, schedule logic, and schedule baselines; ensure alignment with program scope, cost, and risk posture.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into documented project objectives, milestones, deliverables (CDRLs), acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics; maintain a stakeholder matrix and RACI for schedule-driven activities.
• Lead schedule-centric governance: establish change control processes, baseline management procedures, approval thresholds, and reporting cadences to ensure configuration management and traceable decision history.
• Drive schedule risk analysis and mitigation: perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, float management, schedule compression (crash/fast-track), and probabilistic risk assessments; maintain issue logs and mitigation action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, suppliers, and IPTs to capture lead-time requirements, constraints, and dependencies; negotiate commitments and escalate conflicts to program governance boards.
• Provide actionable program reporting for leadership: schedule health indicators, critical path changes, variance analysis, near-term lookahead, and recommended corrective actions

Education / Experience:    
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
