Job Summary

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic team at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. This role ensures effective material flow, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination supporting aerospace operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, materials management experience, and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incorporate change and planning decisions to determine optimal supply chain solutions
  • Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to coordinate global supply chain activities
  • Analyze complex material requirements and support production planning
  • Verify and incorporate Bills of Material (BOMs) and schedules into production plans
  • Determine part number attributes and ensure accurate system documentation
  • Initiate, coordinate, and authorize the release of orders based on requirements and resource availability
  • Ensure on‑time delivery and resolve order delinquencies
  • Report schedule adherence issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and control inventory plans; optimize inventory levels
  • Analyze and disposition excess inventory
  • Support audits and compliance requirements
  • Develop schedules for products and services
  • Support estimates and schedules for new business proposals
  • Identify, implement, and maintain process improvements and best practices to enhance SCM performance
  • Work under general direction

Training Requirement

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
This may include On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) or formal classroom training, depending on program requirements.

Work Environment

  • 100% onsite at Kennedy Space Center
  • 2nd shift assignment, with willingness to support other shifts as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment
  • 3+ years using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
  • This role requires the ability to obtain a public trust clearance for access to a NASA facility.
    • Clearance may be obtained post‑start
    • Not a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience at an experienced (Level 3) capacity
  • Experience with spacecraft/aircraft manufacturing, quality, and inventory/production control systems
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including systems such as Compass Contract or similar

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years of related work experience
  • OR Master's degree and typically 4+ years of related work experience
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
