Job Description:
Provide customer-focused support for the Teamwear Program - assist employees with orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate timely, accurate delivery.
Serves as part of the Teamwear support team, helping respond to employee inquiries with prompt and clear communication.
Maintain program documentation, including order logs, product assortment, and program guidelines.
Coordinate with the Employee Merchandise Program Lead and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to branding guidelines.
Support local pop-up stores and special events.
Operational Execution & Inventory Management:
Support merchandise fulfillment (order processing and coordination only – no warehouse picking/packing), including tracking orders, tracking stock levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor order status and resolve any issues.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in program execution.
Basic Reporting & Process Improvement:
Track and report on order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and customer feedback.
Provide data entry and basic analysis to support program performance reviews.
Identify and escalate any recurring issues or process inefficiencies for resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to support internal teams and employee inquiries.
Experience in order processing, customer service, or inventory management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams to support program success.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs as needed set up/teardown and inventory handling.
Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).
