Job Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, The Interiors Recruiting team at the client is looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to help shape the future of aircraft interiors. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders across multiple locations to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while playing a key role in building teams that directly impact how passengers experience flight.
What You'll Do:
-Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into compelling job descriptions aligned to Interiors talent needs
-Lead full life cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing through offer, for a variety of professional and production roles
-Identify and attract high-quality talent using creative sourcing strategies, networking, and proactive pipeline development
-Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment best practices
-Deliver a world-class candidate experience by providing timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process
-Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other hiring processes
-Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client's interiors organization, and the broader aerospace industry
-Manage recruiting activity in real time within the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
-Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring teams as needed
-Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
-Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma/Equivalent plus 6+ years relevant experience OR
-Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience including acting as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting with Indeed and other social media channels
-Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
-Demonstrated track record partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent quickly and efficiently
-Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience working in a large, matrixed environment in a company with 10,000+ employees
- Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce
- Experience recruiting in the automotive or aerospace industry
-Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
-Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)
-Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor market conditions
