PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to support critical aftermarket operations for the flying fleet. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and client, ensuring timely and accurate support for spares, AOG requirements, and customer quoting activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the highest quality customer experience during visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, deliveries, and special events
Serve as an aftermarket Customer Service Representative supporting quoting activities using client tools
Determine production status and availability of replacement parts
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions
Administer and manage customer quotes from initiation through delivery
Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spares requirements
Liaise directly with client on customer requests
Coordinate agendas and logistics for trade shows, air shows, exhibits, product evaluations, and special events
Manage budgets and distribution of promotional materials
Support senior management and executive customer engagements
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, customer commitments, and ethics regulations
Act as liaison between customers and company executive leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with quoting systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Aerospace industry experience OR a relevant degree combined with customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Aftermarket or spares support experience
AOG support experience
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and fleet support operations
