PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Remote Legal Contracts 6. Job ID#218063

 Pay Rate: $59 - $64/hr

Job Description: 

• Contract drafting
o Consent letters
o Novation
• In-depth contract review and analysis
• Contract redaction and clean up
• Contractual data collection and aggregation
• Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
• Supporting data room management
• Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
• Prior experience with M&A preferred.


Education: BA/BS REQUIRED. Juris Doctorate Preferred OR Para legal
Experience: JD 1-2 years experience, BA/BS AT LEAST 6 years contract experience
Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
