Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr

Job Description:

This roles support business partners and teammates across multiple Production Engineering teams. Your work will provide high impact, creative solutions to complex problems both independently and as part of a team environment.

- In this role, you will support the production engineering team responsible for the simplified work initiative. You bring to this role experience with facilitation, collaboration, organization, data analysis, and project management.
- 1st shift, 100% on site in Renton, WA, no relo, US Person required, no visa sponsorship

Must Haves:
• Microsoft office suite.
• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
• 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences, including senior management and executives
• 3+ years developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
