Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will be to support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions for both internal and external positions, responding to recruitment business needs across Mobile Manufacturing Site. This role is critical to the success of Talent Acquisition execution. Additionally the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruitment events and the compliant storage of attendee data in our identified resources to ensure data privacy.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of administrative tasks and complex functions.
Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and engage & align with agency partners, client groups and candidates.
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
Familiarity with Federal and State Employment law, EEO/anti-discrimination laws is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems preferred.
