🌟 Position Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations II Specialist to join the HR Solution Center team. In this role, you will support employee experience through Tier 1 HR support, HRIS systems, and high-volume ticket resolution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive Tier 1 HR support across HR systems and training platforms
Act as primary contact for HRIS navigation and troubleshooting
Manage and resolve HR tickets in Zendesk within SLAs
Support full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Process employee changes (transfers, promotions, status updates)
Audit HR data for accuracy and compliance
Respond to HR policy and program inquiries
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams
Maintain and enhance Zendesk ticketing system (Admin level support)
Process data imports and maintain system data (ADP, Zendesk)
Participate in process improvements and special projects
✅ Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of relevant HR experience
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Experience in HR helpdesk/shared services (Zendesk preferred)
Ability to support employees across multiple channels (phone, email, Teams)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
