PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Specialist B, at Kennedy Space Center, FL. Job ID#218365

Job Description:

Performs soldering on electronic and avionics products

Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products

Prepares test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices to perform various tests

Install and terminate wiring, troubleshoots circuits

Applies organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements

Works on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working on a NASA Program

Experience in a clean room environment

Manufacturing experience in human spaceflight, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware

Experience inspecting, fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment

Education / Experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
