💼 Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $30.26/hour

🔧 About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator / Production Supervisor, you will support the Sr. Manager of Operations and Factory Operations team in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.
You'll play a key role in executing production plans while ensuring compliance with ISO9001 / AS9100 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production build plans
  • Participate in tiered accountability meetings
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Monitor KPIs and drive 'Return to Green' improvements
  • Conduct WIP audits and cycle counts
  • Manage consumables and KANBAN inventory
  • Submit purchase requisitions
  • Ensure compliance with QMS procedures
  • Support quality maintenance and calibration activities
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and reports
  • Assist in production tasks (kitting, assembly, testing, packaging)
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA/RCCA)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in manufacturing, assembly, or factory operations
  • Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 QMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with MES / ERP / MRP systems
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must meet U.S. person / clearance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, or Manager)
  • Experience with MRP and factory control tools
  • Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
  • Knowledge of RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001)
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or Oracle

🏭 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements
  • Manual dexterity for gripping, pinching, and assembly work
  • Occasional microscope work
  • Strong visual acuity (near, far, color, peripheral, depth)
