Job Description:
Top Priorities by High-Level Initiative:
**Responsible AI**
• Establish clear, accessible Responsible AI guidance by synthesizing trends, developing position materials, and creating user friendly documentation
• Build governance visibility and oversight through OneTrust dashboards, persona specific reporting, and proactive data quality checks
• Develop and refine AI governance processes that standardize assessment, review, and compliance activities across the organization
**AI Adoption**
• Define and operationalize a scalable AI adoption framework, including maturity milestones, responsibilities, templates, and measurement mechanisms
• Support execution of adoption events and change activities to help teams understand, prepare for, and successfully use AI solutions
• Evaluate and improve adoption plans by reviewing use cases, consolidating insights, and recommending updates to ensure enterprise consistency
**AI Education**
• Develop structured learning paths tailored to key personas to drive AI literacy across the enterprise
• Create high quality enablement content (How Tos, standards, portal content) to support ongoing learning and self service
• Ensure consistency and quality across AI education experiences by building standards and coordinating training content across BUs
**AI Change Management & Communications**
• Build clear transformation roadmaps for change, education, and communication workstreams supporting AI governance maturity
• Develop and deliver compelling messaging through communication packages, decks, and guides that articulate the AI journey
• Craft and socialize a strong “Case for Change” to align stakeholders and build enterprise wide support for AI transformation

Education requirement:
HS Diploma/equivalent or higher plus TEN years of relevant experience or 4year degree plus SIX years of relevant experience
