PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician I to join a growing team in Torrance, CA!
💲 Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour
🕑 2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
✅ Overtime opportunities available on Saturdays
Position Responsibilities
✔ Assist with inspecting components to customer and production specifications
✔ Support processing activities, including:
- Component weight counting
- Glass beading
- Changing tank solutions
- Moving parts between locations
✔ Train and operate part washing lines and blasting machines
✔ Prepare daily production reports and required documentation
✔ Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean work area
✔ Assist with sorting and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
✔ Follow EH&S, Quality, and all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
✅ Solid interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
✅ Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
✅ Willingness to learn and support production operations
